Delivery costs

Standard delivery is $5.95 per order. Delivery is included for product subtotals of $100 or more. The order summary shows the total before submission.

Product handling

Keep frozen at -18°C or colder. Cook thoroughly following the pack directions. Oven size and serving suggestions are planning information. Read ingredient and allergen information before eating; do not refreeze after thawing.

Before requesting a return

Contact support@stonepie.shop with the order reference and item details. Keep packaging and do not return a product without receiving return instructions. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Availability

Delivery eligibility and timing must be confirmed for the destination. Installation or assembly services are not included.
